As the Founder and Executive Chairman of NeuralPoint, Dr. Perry Mansfield is the visionary architect behind the company's transformational AI technology. By distilling over 30 years of clinical mastery and 12,000 complex skull base and oncological surgeries into a singular platform, Dr. Mansfield has successfully codified elite surgical intuition into a scalable, global digital asset. A former Chairman of four Head and Neck Surgery programs and current Director of Advanced Head and Neck, cranial/orbital/maxillofacial surgery at the Scripps Prebys Cancer Center, he has spent his career at the frontier of airway and sleep apnea innovation. At NeuralPoint, he bridges the historical gap between high-stakes surgical precision and decentralized, point-of-care intelligence, establishing a new global standard for AI-driven diagnostics that is as precise as it is accessible. Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in building end-to-end ML pipelines for multimodal clinical data. Developed foundational AI technology for OSA diagnostics as a primary developer, contributing to the core ML lifecycle from early prototyping to production deployment. Specialized in designing and optimizing deep learning architectures for EHR, medical images, and bio-signals to enable high-precision clinical biomarkers.

He has also held pivotal engineering roles in multiple U.S. and European diagnostic startups, contributing to technologies that helped shape the modern diagnostics landscape.

Jacob drives financial strategy and operational execution at NeuralPoint, supporting the growth of its AI-driven healthcare platform.
